This album is very intimate and seductive. The relationship between the keys and the vocals is intriguing. The album starts so strong with “Cobblestone Nights” and “Simple Things” then the change up on piano from acoustic to electric on “Beer and Coffee” captures the rest of your attention and that’s it, you are along for the ride. Delicious piano and guitar tones, earnest voice, delightful melodies, and broad chords make for a great listen.
